It can be difficult to engage employees in your community development program. Iris Jones (VP, CRA Officer at Seacoast Bank) had the same problem. Based on their success in one area of their footprint, Iris and her team built the CRA Ambassadors program. This program engages select employees and helps expand the bank's community development program. Since its inception, they've dramatically increased the number and quality of their community development activities.
