April 15, 2025 — Kadince has introduced a new feature that lets users download a correctly formatted file for their CRA Loan Register submission. The file is ready to upload, helping financial institutions simplify annual CRA reporting and keep all CRA data in one place.

Banks with more than $1.609 billion in assets (as of 2025) must submit their CRA Loan Register by March 1st each year. With this update, Kadince users can manage, track, and export all loan data—including small business, small farm, home mortgage, and community development loans—without leaving the platform.

“Over the years, many customers have asked for a way to manage every CRA-related task within Kadince,” said Scott Jackson, Director of Product at Kadince. “Now that users can upload all loan types, creating a CRA Loan Register file is easier than ever.”

While the next March 1st deadline is still several months away, Kadince users can prepare now by uploading all loans into the system. Once loans are tracked, geocoded, and sorted, generating a complete CRA Loan Register file will take just a few clicks.
