July 21, 2025 — Kadince has hired Charles LeFevre as Director of Compliance Operations. His role will be to help guide the Kadince product and ensure that the software helps customers meet all regulatory compliance needs.
Charles is a former FDIC examiner, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and compliance consultant, and joins the Kadince team with nearly twenty years of industry experience. Charles specializes in CRA compliance, marketing compliance, and artificial intelligence.
