November 20, 2025 — Brandon Checketts, Kadince’s Director of Sales, has been named one of Utah’s “20 in Their 20s” by Utah Business, a publication that highlights the ideas, innovations, and people behind Utah's business success stories.
According to Utah Business, “Our state’s up-and-coming talent is pushing boundaries and challenging conventions while guiding us toward a future of business that is more inclusive, socially responsible, and technologically advanced.”
When asked what advice he would give to other young professionals, Brandon said, “In an era of technology, automation, and AI, one of the best ways to stand out is to be extra human. Talk to people. Stay curious. Write without relying on AI. Practice empathy. The more you develop your ability to connect and communicate, the more you’ll stand out in a world that’s forgetting how.”
Brandon joined Kadince in 2018 as a Sales Development Representative and has since broken several company sales records. He is known for his thoughtful approach to understanding customer challenges and for building strong, trust-based relationships with banking teams.
“Brandon’s recognition is well deserved,” said Bart Liechty, President of Kadince. “He leads with empathy and curiosity. These qualities resonate deeply with our customers and our team.”
