$999 per attendee

This pricing is valid until 6/30/25, and is only for 2025 UC attendees or others from their institution.

Pricing will then change to Early Bird Pricing ($1,099) until 12/31/25.

Who should attend the Kadince User Conference?

The Kadince User Conference is for anyone who uses Kadince—Community™, Marketing, and/or Feedback—and would like to dive deeper into the software. We’ll have a variety of sessions catered to different modules and experience levels, and everyone is bound to learn something that will take their Kadince usage to the next level.

Where is the conference taking place?

The 2026 conference is being held at the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is where the Kadince team will be staying, and where we recommend you stay as well. The hotel link with a special rate will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is there to do in Salt Lake City?

Salt Lake City, UT is a beautiful city with lots to do. From nearby mountains and lakes to city attractions, you’re sure to find something you love. What will the agenda be?

We’re still solidifying the final agenda, but rest assured, this conference will be full of hands-on trainings, roundtable discussions, and opportunities to connect with other Kadince users. We’ll share best practices, new features, and Kadince tips. The Kadince team will be there to answer all of your questions, and other Kadince users may have just the solution you’re looking for! And due to popular demand, we’ll prioritize more “lab” time.

During this conference, you’ll learn how to get the most out of your Kadince investment. We’ll learn about new Kadince features and what’s coming next. You’ll learn from our team and from your peers. Believe us, you’ll want to be here.

What are labs?

You’re welcome to join us for group and 1-on-1 labs before, during, and after the conference. You can get help from the Kadince team, work with other Kadince users, and collaborate to find solutions together. We’re excited to work with our customers during this lab time.

In addition to dedicated group labs, most training sessions will include a breakout portion and work sessions. The Kadince team will wander the room while the presenter walks you through a specific Kadince skill. We’ll build out your Kadince instance together with all the support you need!

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, you’re free to bring a +1. Your +1 is welcome to attend the opening reception and dinner, but there will be an extra cost. We’ll work that out with you closer to the conference, so no need to worry about it now. Your +1 is also welcome to participate in any of the extra activities we hold. We’d love to meet your guest!

What is the cancellation policy?

Once the invoice is paid, your ticket is non-refundable. However, you can transfer your registration to someone else on your team who would benefit from attending. We only ask that you let us know in advance by emailing conference@kadince.com.
